Amazon Payments Withdrew Money From My Card

Hello, Amazon Payments deducted $333 from my credit card. But the reason for this deduction is not visible in the Amazon account and there is no transaction activity. I have not received any e-mail either. Since my account is closed, I cannot open a case. Where can I find out the reason for the deduction?

Hi @Seller_Zr7LvNXoWu0Yt

Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.

I see that your account was deactivated for a policy violation a while back and you have submitted an appeal to reactivate it, which is under review.

You can still access your account and payments dashboard, account hasn't been closed, you can only do that. As for the $333, you can reach out to seller support directly so that they can look into the specific charge. It can be related to inventory charges, storage or active listings/ads, chargebacks, AtoZ claims, etc.

Seller Support will be able to provide the specifics on the charges, you are also welcome to share the case ID here so that we can track and escalate if needed.

Cheers,

Connor
