Read onlyHello, This is my first time using Amazon global logistics. I shipped my brand product from China in October 2024, using Amazon global logistics, to the Amazon distribution center (also known as Amazon Storage) . There was a total of 130 units that were shipped. 100 units of large dog beds and 30 units of extra large dog beds. These were the shipments that arrived to Amazon warehouse distributions. In January and February 2025 Amazon sent only 14 units of the large dog bed to my Amazon fulfillment center, one unit was sold so it now shows 12 available units and zero future supply. However, I have 86 large dog bed units still missing, while 28 units were sent for the extra-large dog bed, with 2 units missing . Please i need help, and i have called the Amazon support team several times about this issue . Also, out of the 14 units that were sent to my Amazon fulfillment center, one unit was missing and when i called Amazon, i was told to send my invoices .After I did, Amazon only reimbursed me with $19.00 and this is not the amount that i sell the dog bed for on my seller Centre. It is sold for more than that . $19.00 is the actual manufacturing price for each large dog bed. This has consequently led to me losing money as a seller since no seller sells their product at the same price it was manufactured for without adding their expenses or considering their profit margin. I would like to inquire on what i should do to ensure that my remaining 86 units for the large dog bed are recovered along with the 2 missing extra large dog bed units.
Hi @Seller_alCVnnKCRVte1,
Can you share the original shipment ID so I can ask our AWD investigations team to take a look into it?
