My company has been looking into utilizing Amazon Global Logistics to send shipments directly from our factory. In going through the set up, I ran into an issue where the file to upload into the shipments page to list the items is capped at 150 SKUs. If Amazon Global Logistics is for Ocean Container shippingm we will have hundreds of SKUs going. I reached out to Seller Support to see how we can create a shipment for more than 150 SKUs. Can we create the shipment with 150 and then upload more? Seller Central indicated that is not possible which is just mind-boggling to me.
I came to the forum to find out more about other vendors' experiences and found post after post of problems with Amazon Global Logistics. Are there any best practices to follow if we move forward with this service? We like the idea of the convenience of this service but the lack of reliability and accountability is appalling.
