All of our funds in our US marketplace have been 100% in reserve in "Account Level Reserve" for over 4 weeks now (Since 27 December 2023). Every marketplace in our account has 100% health, not a single violation, non a-z claims, no chargebacks. We received the following performance notification on January 22, 2024.

We of course do not have any outstanding VAT liabilities anywhere in the UK or EU. Our funds are disbursing as normal there, its just US marketplace where 100% of our funds have been in Account level reserve for over 4 weeks now and increasing each day.

We have put in over 5 seller support cases, not a single response and each case just gets marked as "Transferred" within 24 hours. We have also emailed the email in the performance notification since 22 January 2024 and we have not received a single response or any communication about what this outstanding VAT liability is, the amount, which country or if it is simply a bug/glitch (since we are registered with HMRC for our UK VAT and submit our returns quarterly and everything is up to date and nothing is outstanding. Amazon already has our UK and EU VAT numbers inside seller central so they should know this.

This is verging on criminal, how can Amazon not communicate and just hold 100% of our funds, our business is going to go bust. We have seen several others are having this same problem and not a single person has received any response.

Can any mods at Amazon look into this and escalate this to the highest level possible. This is incredibly urgent. We need access to our funds, we have no VAT liability oustanding!

We are also having the EXACT same issue, followed the exact same courses of action as you with the identical outcomes.

It seems there are many others with all the same story. No one is replying from Amazon, and none of the mods has responded on the various threads either.

I understand you have already created case logs and sent in information on 22 of January and are currently waiting for an outcome of those submissions. These submissions may still be under review and I urge you to monitor the case logs and performance notifications for an update from those teams. While going through this process, I would advise to not create any more cases or submit any new information as this will only cause confusion and slow the process down.

And we also encountered the issue today. We don't have any UK or EU selling account, so we don't have any VAT number.

We only have a US account. We don't know what to do next.

Any updates, have you had your funds released yet?

We have also had 100% of funds in "Account reserve" in the US since early January, but we have not had any emails or performance notifications sent to us to explain why. We have not been told about unpaid VAT or to send any documents in. Wondering if that's for the better or worse?

Not sure what else can be done, we have a couple of "Transferred" cases and no further help when we call to follow up on them...
