I have made an agreement with a brand seller that the brand seller will sell all its FBA inventory of an ASIN to me and grant the license to me selling its product under its brand name on Amazon. I have setup my own Amazon account already, but don't know what should be the next step for transfer all the current FBA inventory to my Amazon account.
Looking for an advice. Thank you.
You can't transfer anything. Buying/selling/transferring accounts is against policy.
"I have made an agreement with a brand seller that the brand seller will sell all its FBA inventory of an ASIN to me"
At least you are not (from the sounds) trying to buy their actual account because as @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9notes, it's nearly impossible to sell an Amazon account unless it is a corporation with a board of directors!
My best guess is that the brand will have to recall ALL their inventory from the Amazon warehouses and ship it to you. You will then have to send it back into Amazon with all your SKU information to go under your account. You will most likely have to remove ALL their Amazon labels to avoid items going back into their inventory.
Since you are not buying the brand, they will have to grant you permission to sell their items under the Brand Registry information (if they are in BR!),
I would strongly suggest spending the next couple weeks studying Seller U and reading the Forum looking for all the creative ways rookies find to get suspended.
By coming here you have at least avoided (so far) one of the ways -- trying to buy an account!

That is not possible.
The ACTUAL seller has to create a removal order (that will take weeks) and make send all to you.
In the meantime (and before paying anything to this previous seller) you list that ASIN in your "Manage Inventory". Correction: don't do this, see my comment below. Then you will see what Amazon will ask you in order to allow you to sell this brand wich is not your's. The previous seller has to create a "Letter of Authorization" allowing you to sell on Amazon.
Is this brand registered in the USPTO?

In addition to everything else said so far be 100% certain to get an LOA from the brand owner that says that you are permitted to sell the brand ON AMAZON.
When I see people post here using what I would term 'sloppy language' like 'brand seller' instead of BRAND OWNER I get concerned that you are buying useless garbage.
Only the BRAND can give you permission so if you are not buying the inventory from the brand OWNER you are wasting your money and time doing this unless you get the LOA and PROOF the inventory is genuine.
Even then, YOU will not have a valid INVOICE for Amazon purposes since you are NOT buying directly through an authorized wholesale distributor. You are legally and technically buying USED items that should not be sold as new on Amazon.
The exception MIGHT be if the 'brand seller' is actually the brand OWNER which would not explain why they are getting out of the direct sales business. IN ADDITION, they will need to provide you with an INVOICE showing the purchase of the items as new!
Be careful here -- you are in the middle of a mine field and Amazon controls the detonators!
Regarding my following comment:
In the meantime (and before paying anything to this previous seller) you list that ASIN in your "Manage Inventory".
You can do that ONLY if this previous seller is the OWNER of that brand. To verify it, go to the website of USPTO and look if HE is really the owner. If he isn't the owner, don't put this ASIN in your "Manage Inventory". That could cause an IP complaint from the real owner and the suspension of your seller account.
