Product Authenticity Invoice

I hope you find this discussions. I received Product Authenticity Complaint which is totally wrong. I apply for appeal with all supportive documents required by amazon. But it rejected after few minutes said "We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the supplier." It is my first experience since 1 year doing business with amazon.

Never received message from any customer, Never received negative feedback, never received A-Z Claim, Account Health (Healthy), Health Rating above 200.

I don't understand how it is possible to take action immediately in few minutes without any verification. It is 100% systematic rejection.

Kindly take fair action on it.

You have to provide a valid supply chain for whatever it is your selling. Are you selling an already branded item(s)? If so, you most likely need a LOA from the brand.

When you receive a violation of product authenticity from a customer, Amazon preemptively blocks the advertisement and requests invoices to investigate the origin of your product.

Under Amazon's authenticity policies, if your listing is removed or your account is suspended due to authenticity complaints or product conditions, Amazon may require you to submit your supplier’s invoices or provide contact information for your supplier. You can also submit an appeal outlining the steps taken to remedy the issue and prevent similar future complaints, or an authorization letter from the manufacturer.

I would like to request that you verify if the invoices that you’ve sent comply with the requirements listed on the requirements for sourcing documentation request:

1. Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or . manufactured. These documents:

  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents

2. Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.

3. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
