Subject: Eligibility for Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) as a Micro-Enterprise Based in France
Hello,
I am reaching out to clarify my situation regarding the use of Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) for importing products to the United States. I am currently operating as a micro-enterprise based in France and plan to sell products on Amazon US.
Before proceeding with the purchase of the continuous customs bond of $350 USD, I would like to confirm that I am eligible to use AGL for my shipments. As a French micro-enterprise, I do not have an EIN or CAIN, and I am in the process of completing the importation procedure. I would like to know if my situation qualifies me to use AGL or if I should consider using a different freight forwarder.

Hi We are an indian entity are we eligible for LCL for AGL We plan to purchase Continous Bond Are we eligible Since We dont have CAIN or EIN Another Aspect If we use AGL who will be the IOR and EOR and Can you Explain more about the ISF filing Do We need to file it from our Side or will amazon file it on our behalf Further are there any other legal compliances for AGL except the shipping requirements Do we need palletisation for Using AGL LCL shipment and what is the minnimum chargeable weight

I have been trying to call customer service for Amazon sellers account and
no luck I have 2 numbers 18004197355,18003728066 what seems to be the
problem here I'm at a negative 500$ on my account seems like Amazon has
been charging me monthly when I couldn't get into my account
