I'm currently shipping all my inventory to Amazon USA via AGL and have listings globally. While I've successfully used MCF (Multi-Channel Fulfillment) for the USA, I've encountered an issue with Canada. I discovered that to utilize MCF in Canada, I need inventory in the Canadian Marketplace.

For my next shipment, I'm considering using AWD for both marketplaces.

USA Marketplace:: Shipping from China via AGL to AWD IUSL in Maryland.

Canada Marketplace:: There's no AGL option available. Using my own carrier, I can send to AWD, but it also directs to the same AWD IUSL in Maryland.

My question is: If both shipments (USA and Canada) are going to the same AWD in Maryland, USA, will I be able to use MCF for both my Canadian Shopify and US Shopify stores?

Any insights or experiences with this would be greatly appreciated!

Anyone know if AWD is available for Canada sellers to store their bulk inventory directly from factory to Amazon Warehouse distribution?

I am writing to inform you that we lost our Buy Box status and it has not been restored. Instead of receiving a pack of six, our customers received a single item. This issue caused considerable dissatisfaction, and we immediately addressed it by issuing refunds to our customers. To ensure this does not happen again, we have taken preventive measures.

However, despite resolving the issue, our customers left negative reviews, which is unfair. As a result, our Buy Box status was revoked and has not been reinstated. We kindly request that the authorities review this situation. We have taken the necessary steps for our customers, but it is unjust that they left negative reviews even though the issue was resolved.

Please reconsider our case.
