Read onlyHave open returns on seller central, but have not received the returns in the mail. Auto refund has kicked in, but can't complete without receipt of returned merchandise? How should we handle?

For clarification, did Amazon initiate the refund via Refund at First Scan or did you initiate the refund in your Seller Central account?
