Compliance for a electric Product under review for over 5 months

We are selling in the electric walking stick and received a Product Compliance Request and submitted all of the required documentation. Steps we have taken below:

(1) Compliance request received

(2) Submitted all required documentation

(3) Compliance request "Under Review"

(4) Rejected by the team with a very generic reason

(4) Many calls with the support team, no one is able to help

(5) Made changes, Submitted a new request

6) Rejected again for a different reason nowl still very generic (Very hard to understand why they are rejecting it.

(7) Tried sellr support again; they don't even know why it was rejected.

(8) Submitted 4-5 more times after this

(9) keep getting rejected withouth any clear explanation

We have tried everything we can to get this case pushed forward, but there is no resolution in sight. Does anyone have advice on next steps? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!
