Read onlyToday I gave my product a 41% discount coupon, and then my store was immediately flooded with orders. I received 36 orders at the same time. I contacted Amazon customer service in time, and they asked me to fill in a submission form. , but now I see that there are already two orders showing payment success status. This has happened once before. I seem to have been targeted by malicious people. I have communicated this matter with Amazon customer service, but the problem is still happening. Amazon seems to allow this illegal behavior to exist and does not actually care about the seller. I am concerned about this. This feels very sad. I'm so concerned about the security of my account right now it's crazy.
Maybe I don't understand something. If you give a discount, you want to sell quickly. So, what do you fear if indeed you get a lot of orders? How is it illegal if somebody orders many units?
Hello @Seller_327hiqoJd8urk,
Thank you for posting concerns about your account on the Seller Forums.
I see that you have applied a discount to one of your items and received 36 orders thereafter. Can you share why you believe these orders are malicious? Did the buyer cancel the orders, provide a bad address or leave negative reviews? Has your account been negatively impacted due to these orders?
If you notice that there is malicious behavior by a buyer, you have the option to utilize the "report abuse" button located on the account health page. From there you can submit the evidence you have that the orders were placed maliciously, for us to investigate. Have you utilized the "report abuse" button as of yet? If so, have you received any communication regarding the investigation? I am providing a helpful video on reporting abuse for your resource:
