Every Week few listings are getting blocked for 7 days, giving the reason that customer returns higher than usual. Even if the product has 100+ reviews and 4.5+ star ratings, Even if its Amazon Choice, Even if it has all the green ticks.
Amazon must understand that, customer may return due to their personal reasons, but as there is no relevant choice from the return menu, they usually select that product has a problem, but due to that, listing gets blocked for 7 days.
We, sellers are working day and night to make customer experience better and better, but without checking the history of respective listing, Amazon is taking harsh action of blocking it for 7 days just because of returns.
While we understand Amazon is doing it with good intentions, but there should be some more parameters to be considered while deciding to take a listing down for 7 days. Parameters like: Seller ratings and experience in general, listings reviews, listing age (number of items sold). And buyer track record, etc etc. Just because there is customer return, its not fair to block the listing altogether.
