I need some help to remove the abusive status for my brand
My account was deactivated by error . It is confirmed by the Performance team

They wrote: "In our efforts to protect our community, we sometimes err on the side of caution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
When my account was deactivated, my brand is marked as "Abusive"
After my account is re-activated, my brand is still in Abusive status
I registered my brand in 2017 , it is the old brand registry program. It did not need trademark to enroll.
Amazon launched the new version of brand registry program in 2018, and I did not enroll the new version. So my brand is still in brand registry system but not in new brand registry program.
I think that is the reason my brand is still in abusive status after my account is re-activated
I contacted brand registry team a lot but it did not work

When you say your account was deactivated, are you referring to your Selling Account or your Brand Registry account, or both?
This matters because appealing a Selling Account deactivation has a different workflow than appealing an "Abusive," mark on the brand.
Do you have the case ID or can you find the communication that informed you that the brand was being removed from Amazon Brand Registry? If so, there would be a specific link to appeal the decision in that communication (case ID or possibly a Performance Notification).
I am also curious if you have attempted to enroll the brand again and if so, is that getting rejected and what is that case ID?
