Reason: Restricted product policy violations.
First time listing here. I tried to list a product but got this message in my seller account: Reason: Restricted product policy violations.
When i hit the Fix Listing button it opens the "Product Policy Compliance" page but its has nothing there, it says the account is healthy and everything is in Compliance. so im not sure what i need to do here

Hi @Seller_NUBahcW2CbHc7,
I understand your frustration with receiving a "Restricted product policy violations" message when trying to list a new product, especially as a first-time seller. This can be confusing when the account health page shows no issues.
However, rest assured that this is likely just a temporary glitch or system hiccup. Amazon's systems are highly automated and sometimes flag listings incorrectly, even for compliant products.
Here are a few steps I'd recommend to resolve this:
Double check the product details and listing to ensure you haven't inadvertently violated any policies regarding restricted products, product condition, or other requirements.
Wait 24-48 hours and try relisting the product. Often, these system errors resolve themselves after some time.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting Seller Support directly for assistance. They have more tools to investigate policy violations and can provide specific guidance.
You can reach out to Seller Support by going to: Seller Central > Help > Contact Us
When contacting them, have the product ASIN/UPC, a screenshot of the error message, and any other relevant details handy to expedite the resolution process.
I know policy errors can be frustrating, especially for new sellers, but the Seller Support team is there to assist. With some patience and their help, I'm confident we can get your listing up and running smoothly.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Daryl
