8572 ERROR - Case ID # 17261749121 - Please Help

I'm trying to get my product listed and I tried every trick in the book to solve this 8572 Error. I got this UPC code from GS1 and I validated it through their website and by calling them as well. I see tons of people reported same issues in the past and not sure if they were solved or how they solved it. I have provided all the information and supporting documents to the Support team, suddenly they went silent for more than 3 days. I would appreciate if anyone could please assist to solve the issue. Thank you !

Hi there @Seller_HoxijFjoGkwqB,

In general the reason that you are having issues is that the product doesn't have a Brand name but the GTIN is tied to a Brand Owner. In order to use a GTIN the Brand information on GS1 and provided to Amazon must match. You will need to relist this product with the correct Brand Name information. If you attempting to relist it and still are having trouble please let me know here. Thank you for your understanding.
