Read onlyI’ve been dealing with a GTIN error for over a week. I opened a case and got the runaround with seller support even though I provided them with a letter from myself stating I am the brand and owner of the GS1 prefix and also provided the GS1 certificate. It just feels like they don’t really want to resolve the issue. I provide the information they request but it seems that whoever responds doesn’t really know what they are asking for or how to analyze the information I give them. I opened a new case with all the information in one upload. It says the case has been transferred. Can a mod PLEASE HELP.
