Dear Amazon Seller Community,
We are currently facing an issue where our entire inventory of 160,143 books—both FBA and FBM—has lost eligibility for the Featured Offer, despite maintaining good account health.
We have escalated this matter through Seller Support (Case ID: 16664794401), but they did not resolve the issue. The responses we received seemed to misunderstand our concern, as they focused on winning the Buy Box rather than addressing our concern about eligibility to participate in the Featured Offer program.
We are requesting a manual review of our Featured Offer eligibility at the account level, as there does not appear to be an obvious reason for this loss.
Specifically, we are concerned about FBA listings losing eligibility, as we were under the impression that FBA listings should automatically qualify for the Featured Offer.
