Read onlyWe have seen some weird things happen with second day shipping today (Thursday) with Seller Fulfilled orders. (Standard orders NOT Seller Fulfilled Prime)
Firstly, We have our shipping settings automated and allow FedEx 2 Day for Second Day shipping but for some reason it hasnt been coming up with the FedEx 2 Day (Saturday) option for shipping some of our packages but has given the customer Saturday as the delivery date meaning that Overnight was the only option to get the package there on time. An option i have not agreed to. The only option with this was to either lose money on the sale by shipping overnight or ship by normal FedEx 2 day which would have a monday delivery but then miss the deadline for the customer that Amazon have promised. Amazon should not promise a Saturday delivery if Saturday is not serviced by standard FedEx 2 day.
Secondly, im looking at my orders for tomorrow and I have two Second Day orders, one is Ship by Friday and Deliver by Tuesday which it should be because of the weekend. The second one is Ship by Friday for delivery SUNDAY! Meaning again, i will lose money on this if i ship it. Why is Amazon offering delivery dates which dont suit the shipping options i have offered.

If so, please send me your case IDs and I'd be happy to take a look to see how I can help further!
Thanks again,
