Account Deactivated for Alleged Association with Another Account – Need Help to Reactivate
I am in the process of creating my Amazon seller account and working on publishing my first product. To do so, I had to request authorization from the manufacturer and create a GS1 code (which my sister helped generate from her GS1 account in the Netherlands).
However, I received an email stating that my account has been deactivated because Amazon believes I have another associated account. I have replied 5-6 times, explaining that I have no connection to any other account, but I keep receiving the same response:
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account."
It feels like an automated response, as it does not address my specific explanation. Additionally, the appeal form does not allow me to upload supporting documents, which makes it harder to prove my case.
I’m not sure what else I can do to resolve this issue and recover my account. Has anyone experienced something similar or has any advice on how to proceed?
