I don't know what the association is either. Is there anyone who has encountered this situation and how to solve it please?
Did you hire a VA? Has someone else access to your seller central? Did you manage another seller account before? Did you use a public wifi or the wifi of someone else?

Are they full time employees who work only for you, or are they independent contractors or freelancers?
