We are one of 7 sellers. When we added inventory to sell - we added quantity to sell, price and mode of shipping.
We have invoice from authorized distributor.
Now when we go to correct the listing we get 8541 error. Support ticket open

According to the Letter of Authorization help page (link):
"Sometimes we have a reason to believe that your product listing is using a trademark without approval from the Intellectual Property owner... In this situation you may be asked to submit either proof of ownership of the trademark, or a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the relevant Intellectual Property owner to use their registered trademark."
The page specifically notes that "Some common examples of documents not acceptable as Letter of Authorization include: Invoices, Distribution rights/Reseller agreements..." So while your invoice is important, you may also need a proper LOA from the brand owner.

I recommend contacting your distributor to see if they can provide a proper Letter of Authorization from the brand owner, as this will likely be necessary to resolve the IP violation.
