FBA is an abusive program. We are a seasonal brand and rely on timely check-in and processing of inventory during our high-season. We sent in an urgent re-stock which was delivered to GEU5 on December 30. It's now been 10+ days and it's still not been checked in, despite being sent UPS Small Parcel Partner Carrier (about 16 boxes). Besides losing out on potential sales every day this inventory is not available, we are then paying exorbitant storage fees to FBA later when we miss the short window of seasonality and our inventory ends up languishing. It feels like Amazon squeezes us from every angle and I hope that eventually the FTC punishes Amazon for these practices.
I opened a case to complain and of course Seller Support gives a lame and completely unacceptable answer that they expect inventory to be received by March 10.

Greetings,
Thanks for your patience while our team worked to review your thread. In looking at the shipment, it appears it has since moved into Receiving status, with a majority of the units being located. If there are persisting issues with this shipment, I recommend opening an investigation via the Contents tab on the listed date of Feb 3rd. Thanks again, and please let me know there's anything I can assist you with.
