Why is this happening?
We were unable to verify information related to your seller account or did not receive any new information regarding your listings or selling history.
This section of your notification advises that there is a concern that we cannot verify information related to your selling account and or did not receive information on your listings or selling history. This is very much the concern, we need documentation to validate you, your business, listing, authorization to distribute specific brands, and history.
When it comes to verifying you and your business, we will commonly ask for a government issued photo ID in color including front and back of the account owner. We will also ask for a utility bill and or business license in the account holders name and address. You can see our requirements for utility bills on our seller identity verification help page.
When it comes to listings and selling history, we will typically need invoices that shows you're sourcing your products from an authorized distributor who was approved by the brand. If you have provided invoices and they were not accepted, you can review our invoice requirements which does include some reasons for document rejection. We will also require a letter of authorization if listings or selling any branded products. A letter of authorization will need to be issued to you from the brand. We will not accept this from the distributor or supplier unless they are the brand or rights owner.
We received your submission but we are unable to reactivate your account. Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store.
The follow up notice identifies a final decision being made, this implies that at this stage we cannot guarantee reactivation. The only path to reactivate the account is to provide all above mentioned documentation that 100% matches our requirements, if we can verify everything required, the account may be eligible for reactivation.
