After i click in reactivate account, there is no option for me to go the next step. And i cannot create case to get support. it keep lead me back to the same reactivate account page.

Our advice will be for you to press the [Begin verification in North America] button that shows on the notification received on performance notification (Menu >notifications>performance notifications) they will advise what is pending for you to provide (for example: Tax/business information), and you will need to follow the steps.
