My seller account is deactivated but i have not any option of appeal , What can i do?

1 account (with personal id)is created by me 2 year ago in June 2022 and that account deactivated July 2023 that is dummy account just created for learning i m not listed any product on that and nor sell.

last month i have created a account company account with company docs . but that account deactivated due to old account i have tried many time in appeal section but every time that rejected by amazon team what can i do ?

kindly help to reactivate my company account so i can start work on that .

Today My account Gone Deactivated and as per mail virtual verification What this thing New seller account and after 4 to 5 days my account gone deactivated to virtual verification what is the matter i am not understand.
