Amazon has reserved my product inventory for half a month. I have opened a case for a week, but no one has helped me solve it. What should I do?

I hope one of the MODs can assist with the following issue.

I shipped 2 boxes to FBA: Shipment ID: FBA187HTMPNT , but 1 box: Box ID: FBA187HTMPNTU000001 have remained in reserve status. Just 1 of 2 box is received and delivered Jul 25, 2024 10:20:00 AM - Fayetteville NC US - Package delivered. and the products are Sold by now.

**: LAST UPDATE FROM UPS: On the Way to Hope Mills, NC, United States 08/05/2024, 9:37 A.M., but in the Seller Central say received Since July 25, 2024 9:30 PM with no discrepancies found, and successfully closed on August 15, 2024. I opened a case on 8/18. As of 9/3, it is still in reserved status.

I ran the "Check FBA Reserved Inventory Status" report, which stated: "Review Complete: No Reserved Inventory Found."

When I followed up on the case, I was informed that the inventory is "under review," but no specifics were provided regarding the nature of this review. It seems unreasonable for a review of 70 small items to take over a month. Notably, the other box on the same shipment are active and selling without issue.

If the inventory is indeed under review, why does the reserved inventory report show "no reserved inventory found"? Could the products be lost? why ups do not have any update since 8/05? Is the warehouse delaying while they locate the items?

I don't want to wait another month only to discover that the products are missing. If they are lost, I would prefer to send in additional inventory to avoid further delays in sales.

I've sent 6 separate boxes to FBA but 2 have been in reserve status. The are exactly the same product, just different colors.

1 - delivered on 6/21, no discrepancies found and successfully closed on 7/9. Opened case on 7/24. As of 8/12 - Still in reserved.

2 - delivered on 6/27, no discrepancies found and successfully closed on 7/14. opened case on 7/24. As of 8/12 - Still in reserved.

I ran the "Check FBA Reserved Inventory Status" and it says "Review Complete: No Reserved Inventory Found

We completed our review and didn’t find any inventory in Reserved status at this time."

When I replied on the case, they told me it is "under review", without an explanation of what review. Reviewing 30 small items that weigh about 4oz for over a month does not make any sense. Other 4 of the same product, but different color, are active and selling just fine.

If in fact it is under review, why is it showing "no reserved inventory found" when I run the reserved inventory report? Are they lost? Is that particular warehouse putting it under reserve so it buys them time until they find my product?

I don't want to sit here and wait another month to go by and find out they are lost. If they are in fact lost, I want to send more in so I can start selling them.
