Reserved inventory for over a month now

Can one of the MODs please help with this issue?

I've sent 6 separate boxes to FBA but 2 have been in reserve status. The are exactly the same product, just different colors.
1 - delivered on 6/21, no discrepancies found and successfully closed on 7/9. Opened case on 7/24. As of 8/12 - Still in reserved.
2 - delivered on 6/27, no discrepancies found and successfully closed on 7/14. opened case on 7/24. As of 8/12 - Still in reserved.
I ran the "Check FBA Reserved Inventory Status" and it says "Review Complete: No Reserved Inventory Found
We completed our review and didn’t find any inventory in Reserved status at this time."
When I replied on the case, they told me it is "under review", without an explanation of what review. Reviewing 30 small items that weigh about 4oz for over a month does not make any sense. Other 4 of the same product, but different color, are active and selling just fine.
If in fact it is under review, why is it showing "no reserved inventory found" when I run the reserved inventory report? Are they lost? Is that particular warehouse putting it under reserve so it buys them time until they find my product?
I don't want to sit here and wait another month to go by and find out they are lost. If they are in fact lost, I want to send more in so I can start selling them.
