Our company generates considerable sales and contributes to Amazon’s revenue through referral fees, advertising fees, and storage fees. However, we are disappointed that Amazon has not assigned a dedicated Relationship Manager to guide and support us in optimizing our operations.
At present, we do not even know who our designated Relationship Manager is, which leaves us without clear guidance or assistance. Despite filing multiple cases and raising concerns via email, we have not received any satisfactory responses or resolutions.
This lack of support has left us increasingly frustrated. If Amazon does not take immediate steps to address this issue and provide us with a capable and responsible Relationship Manager, we will have no choice but to reconsider our presence on the platform.
