I am reaching out regarding two orders with the following details:
Order ID: 112-3708002-4993010
Order ID: 113-4856546-5186620
Both orders were successfully delivered; however, the tracking information indicates that they arrived one day later than the estimated delivery date. As per Amazon's policy on Shipping Automation, when a seller ships on time with this setting enabled, any negative feedback due to late delivery caused by the carrier should be suppressed.
Since these shipments were successfully delivered but arrived late due to the carrier, the negative feedback was incorrectly applied. Based on Amazon’s policy, these feedbacks qualify for removal.
I kindly request you to review and remove the incorrect feedback accordingly.
