Read onlyHello amazon sellers, we're trying to remove the listing violations however, new violations pop up every now and then. Is there any way to remove all those listing violations? In addition, it appears that those violations does not affect the seller health as it has been consistent on 200 for a long time. Is there any way to increase the seller health beyond 200? @Cooper_Amazon @Steve_Amazon and @Atlas_Amazon
Yes there is, you just have to provide Amazon the information they require in the performance notifications you received.
You gain 4 points for every 200 successful orders you fulfilled over the last 180 days. So you just have to get more sales and ship out more orders.
Hello @Seller_gtancnqnjaG26
Thank you for the information provided regarding the violations you currently are trying to address.
To address the violation, you will need to understand what the concern is. What are the violations that you are receiving? Even if they are not having an impact on the account health rating, it is important to address the issues to ensure that your account maintains a positive standing.
As it stands, for every 200 orders successfully fulfilled, you will receive four points to your account health rating. You may see the rating fluctuate depending on the overall volume as it will always look at the previous 180 days. For more information on the account health rating, we would advise on reviewing the attached page for more details.
Please continue to refer to this thread with any future questions or concerns regarding this specific concern.

Atlas
Hello @Seller_gtancnqnjaG26,
Thank you for following up with your screenshot of the account health page, specifically the listing violations section.
So you are aware, not all violations are directly provided to you. This situation will require you to fully research both our policy, your listing and all attributes associated with them. I recommend starting with our ASIN creation policy page. This page offers our policy for listing information:
As noted on this page, there could be inconsistencies surrounding the product description, package quantities and other aspects. Have you researched all of these to confirm they meet our requirements?
I also see that these are food related products and have multiple pack quantities, for this I recommend confirming your listings were set up correctly in comparison to our Item Package Quantity in Grocery & Gourmet Foods.
Once the listings have been updated to remove the inaccurate information, the listings should be automatically reinstated with 24-48 hours. If the violation remains, the solution may not have resolved the issue, or listing contributions were not successful. This scenario would require you to contact our seller support teams via case for additional support on updating the listing itself.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Emet.
