We are hoping to get some assistance for inventory that is going missing after transshipment between Amazon warehouses.
We have opened cases, but Seller Support is supplying generic replies that we never sent the inventory, they have no record of the shipment, or they didn't get the shipments. However, we have provided proof of deliveries from the carriers as well as Amazon's own inventory ledger records which show the units being received, transshipped, and either never being received in at the other warehouse, or being removed from the shipment ID.
We can see based on other people's posts here that they are having the same issue with a transshipment bug.
Here are the case IDs for each shipment we have found so far with this issue:

These are just the cases that have closed and have allowed up to open cases. We still see quite a few in the receiving stage where this transshipment issue is going to most likely happen to those shipments.
