I have 2 variants of a product (2 listings) that that was removed because of FCC requirements. I certified both, provided FCC ID in the compliance section of the listings, opened cases and provided documents.
Now I get only one variant reinstalled, but the inventory went to stranded inventory and didn’t go back to my FBA inventory.
The other variant, which differ in color, didn’t get reinstated although they are same product.
Please someone help.
If the inventory went to stranded, it is not coming back live because it is not available. You can always send new stock.
