Read onlyI have two removal orders that I created end of Jan 2024, and 4 months later, it is still shipping.
Every now and then, one or two unit would be disposed/cancelled. Contacted support and they said they couldn't find my removal ID and then just closed the chat without helping me even though I already screenshot my amazon portal where I can see those orders.
They won't let me close the account because of these orders that they cannot find, I don't see how this makes any sense.
