Hello, we are planning to close this store. Because the prerequisite for canceling the store is that the website cannot have any inventory or account balance, but we have been unable to complete the removal of abandoned orders for over 90 days. We have opened various cases, including contacting Jeff's team, but they all replied that there are no problems with inventory and warehouse, and asked us to wait. However, we have been waiting for a long time, which has greatly affected our situation of canceling the store.

Product: B09HKPKTXM created a removal and disposal order on September 16, 2024: TyWOhVO3Ni, The total number of discarded inventory removed is 33, and 28 have been removed so far. The remaining 5 unsold inventory items are still displayed as pending.

It has been more than 5 months since September 16, 2024. Why has the removal of the abandoned order TyWOhVO3Ni not been completed yet? According to Amazon's regulations, the removal of abandoned orders should be completed within 90 days, but this order has exceeded 90 days for more than two months without any progress.

We are really helpless about this, but we have been waiting without any hope of successful removal. If there is really no problem with the inventory, why is it so late to remove it successfully? Where exactly did the problem occur?
