Why Amazon Seller Support team is most inefficient and unuseless now? A Child ASIN was disconnected from parent ASIN, but without any notification..

I have submitted a case (ID 16586283731)about : A child ASIN was disconnected from parent ASIN, and any policy violation or performance notification. In selllercentral, it is still a Child ASIN, but on amazon.com, is a standalone listing, the choice for child ASIN is vacant, can not be selected. That makes the sale of the child ASIN dropped down very obvious.

Now 7 days passed, this case is still "Pending Amazon Action"...
