On the Amazon Seller Forums, we consistently see sellers day in and day out wondering:
That’s why this week in this week's special edition of Listing Lounge we are tackling why a listing may become ineligible from being Featured Offer Eligible and how you can use play-making strategies to improve your chances of being the featured offer. 🏈
Note: In order to be eligible for Featured Offer you are required to have a Professional selling plan.
For newer sellers, it could take time to establish Featured Offer Eligibility (FOE for short) as your the listings are beginning to gain traction. Just like in sports, it takes players time to develop before they reach their peak performance.
And speaking of performance, sellers must meet performance-based requirements to be eligible to compete for Featured Offer placement. Below are a few guiding tips so you can continue making great plays on your selling journey:
To ensure that customers have a great shopping experience and to guard against abuse, we remove eligibility based on account performance and other risk factors. (Note: Listings that do not win the Featured Offer are eligible for placement in the Other sellers on Amazon box. However, Amazon does not guarantee placement in either of these locations.)
Seller can find more coaching about How the Featured Offer works on this help page here. You can also check an ASIN or FNSKU’s eligibility on the help page too. Sellers can also view a video that explores Featured Offer strategies and tools linked here.

I appreciate the post and you helping me in the past, but saying that "Your offers are eligible for the Featured Offer if you have a Professional selling plan" is simply not true. I lost my eligibility multiple times and I have always had professional selling plan with no negative marks and a healthy account. I have lost business because of it and Amazon does not care who it affects or how many times they do it regardless if you're paying them monthly for a professional account or not.
Cooper, I'm repeating this just in case you missed it the first time.
Amazon removed my eligibility when my account was PERFECT. I had zeros where zero were supposed to be, and 100s where hundreds were supposed to be. I had no defects whatsoever.
Please get your facts straight. Please stop telling us things that every seller knows are not true.
Some employee/bot has been removing eligibility with no explanation.
