Read onlyDear Seller,
Your On-time Delivery (OTD) for orders has again fallen below the program requirement of 93.5% or greater. To protect Prime customer experience, your Seller Fulfilled Prime eligibility has been revoked. To regain eligibility, you must first pre-qualify to start the SFP trial, and then pass the trial.
Is this a joke? Does Amazon expect sellers to hand deliver packages 7 days a week 24 hours a day?
What is hilarious we switched to merchant fulfilled because FBA was a disaster from lost inventory, late deliveries, packages packed terribly (like bottles of liquids in envelopes) or (bottles of liquids in huge boxes). The amount of complaints we got because of FBA was so bad we switched to FBM. We have no complaints about late or terrible shipping.
Yet Amazon is regularly messing with our Prime status. Great example today is Sunday its 7pm and Amazon sends that nonsense email. AGAIN WE SHIP BETTER THAN AMAZON DOES!
We just ran into the same issue. It appears a UPS plane from DFW did not take off on time to Erlanger, KY with 29 of our packages on it. UPS delivered them one day late and we lost our badge.
We also experience the same issues with FBA as well. Sucks.
Hello @Seller_9jYZMo2jvtfO1
Christine here from Amazon Forums.
I am sorry to see that you are having issues with the Seller Fulfilled Prime program
Your Seller Fulfilled Prime performance will be reviewed on a weekly basis, from Sunday through Saturday.
The first time that you don't meet a requirement, you'll get an email notice.
If you don't meet that same requirement a second time, you'll get an email notice, and Prime offers will be disabled for your account. You can re-enable Prime offers at your discretion, but we recommend that you do so only after you address the root cause of the performance issue.

Hope you all have a great day and happy holidays!
