Can any mods help get a feedback removed for a cancelled order? Customer stated " Item was damaged in shipping,there was no ear buds in package,laptop over heats.description as I red it says dvdburner & cd player I did not understand that it was softbware. .why not just not list.a person who is computer illeterate might not understand what software means.. " The customer does not have an order from us, he cancelled his order and left this feedback under the cancelled order.
