Fedex Express Saver One Rate adjustment issue
So I see alot of people with this issue but I figured I'd start this myself...I just noticed tonight where a few of my packages I shipped this way 24x14x6 and 9 pounds and when I bought the label it said fedex express one rate $36 but then I see the adjustment to $115 total...how can I get refunded for this and if the price isnt actually $36 then why is it showing that? DO i have to fix this with amazon or call fedex?

Hello @Seller_cvtGSiSp8LY0j Thanks for that question about FedEx carrier adjustments.
Carrier shipping correction charges
When you purchase shipping services, the carrier charges are based on the information you provide for the package.
Carriers may charge or credit you after the package is shipped in the form of Carrier adjustments. This will happen when the carrier-audited information is different than the label information, such as when the dimensions/weights are larger.
In some cases, Seller Central is not displaying carrier-audited information for FedEx shipments. If there is an adjustment for a FedEx shipment with matching customer-entered and carrier-audited information, please check the FedEx website tracking page for those details.
If you want to dispute carrier adjustments, please submit those requests to support. I recommend including photos and product/package information that matches your dispute claim.

@KJ_Amazonis there any solution to the adjustment charges? All the ones I just got HAVE the correct dimensions/weight and they match the carrier audited dimensions/weight. Is there anything we can do??? Appreciate the help. here is one example.
Hello @Seller_NOrM070kHE92H. Thanks for sharing that Order ID.
I reviewed that Order ID and the FedEx carrier-audited dimensions are larger than the label information.
In some cases, Seller Central does not display updated carrier-audited information for FedEx shipments. If there is an adjustment for a FedEx shipment with matching customer-entered and carrier-audited information, please visit the FedEx website tracking page for those details.
