Is anyone else having this issue???? The Manage RETURNS link from menu and dashboard NOT working! Tried 2 computers PC and MAC. Then tried 6 browsers between both devices (Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft Edge) even deleted all history and cookies / cache! Will NOT load!!! This started today! Live chat support could NOT help! They kept saying THEY saw it - but I do NOT! They asked me to clear my cookies, etc and I told them twice I already did! I need to access my RETURNS!!!! This is ANNOYING!!! See screen shot!

Has not worked in days, here come the A to Z's!
I found this workaround and have been able to access my returns finally.
I chose Next Gen Selling, returns, changed view to order tab and then refresh. rinse and repeat a handful of times and the returns page finally showed.
i was able to clear out my backlog of a few dozen returns this way :)
It took forever but at least no A to Z's
