I would like to know if there is a written policy regarding exempt VTR shipments being automatically marked as lost by Amazon. I've looked everywhere and asked support, but know one seems to know where that policy is explained for sellers. The only information I can find is what qualifies for VTR exemption, but nothing on Amazon marking all the orders as lost.
