AMAZON SYSTEM ERROR - EPR: Germany Single Use Plastics – Tobacco Products and Filters

Hi,

We have Account health warnings under "Regulatory compliance" - Product policy compliance section. We obtained the required registration number to be provided under "EPR: Germany Single Use Plastics – Tobacco Products and Filters" section for our brands that are affected by this SUP regulation. However when we try to submit the required information, we see an error message on the pop up page. This error message screenshot was provided in the attachment. Thus, we are unable to submit the DIVID registration number and proceed. This is an extremelty urgent matter. Please suggest.

We created several case around this system issue of Amazon, for over 10 days, ony response we get is auto messages claiming that internal team is handling the case. If we can not submit our DIVID number for SUP category on compliance dashboard, our ASINs will be deactivated (!) and the only reason will be Amazon compliance dashboard keeps giving errors.

This is extremely dissapointing to see from Amazon. You create a dashoard for compliance warnings and your sellers try their best to comply with regulations and policies. Complete all required steps and in the end, your system fails, dashboard does not allow sellers to submit their information/numbers and system gives error.

On top of those, we contact with Amazon representetives from various cases, ZERO RESPONSE, ABSULUTELY ZERO RESPONSE. And now, listings that generate thousands of thousands of units of sales are in danger of bein deactivated. As if that were not enough, no Amazon representative shows up on the forum either.

Hello @Seller_HayCddaoSQ7zs,

can you tell me a case ID in which you flagged this issue to Seller Support? I can check and see if I can help you with this.

Best,

Emma
