Hello everyone, I need help. Recently, I went through verification in the UK market, after which I was asked to provide identity verification. I submitted all the necessary documents, and then I received a notification stating that my documents would be reviewed within two days. After that, I received the following message:
"We have completed our review of your document and information.
We are conducting further checks on the document and information you provided during registration, and we may contact you by email for further clarification within two business days."
It has now been about two weeks, and I haven’t received any response or progress. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Have you attempted to create any cases to follow up on the verification? If so, can you post the related case ID here so I can look further into the situation possibly the delay.

You mentioned completing verification, when your documents were accepted were you notified to complete an in person video verification? Can you review your performance notification?
I had reached out to the appropriate teams who advised they notified you to do this on November 8th. They mentioned they they had not received any follow up communication, so I would suggest following their steps. If you do not have this notification please let me know so I can ensure it is provided.
