Hi Amazon Team,
PLEASE LISTEN TO ME.
I did not sell counterfeit inventory and still suffering. I bought from a distributor who is buying directly from the manufacturer. I provided Amazon with my invoices as well as my supplier's invoices but I am getting automated responses the next day that appeal isn't accepted.
Are the appeals even being read.
Can anyone please help?

Sourcing from an authorized distributor does not make you an authorized reseller. Being an unauthorized reseller your product can be concidered "materially different" and the counterfiet policy would apply.
