Hello @Seller_Nprc5XWvdLYk9,

I checked and saw that your case with Seller Support was transferred to the team who handles AtoZ appeals.

I will keep an eye out and if your case is denied or unanswered for a week, I will take it to m partner team.

Let´s stay in touch.

Regards, Spencer

it was refused twice again yesterday, I complained again last night and then today I received a message asking me to explain what the issue was - which looks promising.

Hello again @Seller_Nprc5XWvdLYk9,

I have done some more checking and saw that a lot of cases were created yesterday, there are also other orders linked to these cases.

I am gathering all the cases and will forward them to our partner team.

I will let you know once I receive an update.

Regards, Spencer

Spencer, why does Amazon make this process such a struggle?

It should be automatic.

Thank you for your help - it is appreciated

I can understand a delay with a buy-shipping Royal Mail lost item that does have not any scans might need a quick nudge to get it fixed.

But one of ours was a buy-shipping Amazon Shipping with collection scans, depot scans, inflight scans but lost before final delivery. - this one should have been completely automatic in it's removal.

The defect on 205-6894816-2049923 has now been removed,

it should not take this amount of effort from all parties concerned.

I think it took over 10 appeals!

--

and 202-3148948-9067513 took at least 17 appeals and multiple escalations to be removed.

can we please have a detailed explanation of how to have these defects removed in future - without so many appeals and needing the involvement of the forum admin to get it fixed.

Hello @Seller_Nprc5XWvdLYk9,

I will gladly do so, can you please share with me the case ID of the follow-up case you created, appealing the rejection of your appeal?

With that I can go to our partner team to look into it.

Regards, Spencer
