I've been looking at a lot of forum discussions here with VALID complaints and GOOD questions. I see other sellers posting valid replies and complaints and when I come back a few days later and half the forum's replies have been flagged and deleted as [Moderator Edit: removed off-topic commentary] and/or [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations].
I suggested a seller that they contact a lawyer and they deleted and flagged my comment!!!!! This Amazon staff takes MORE effort into silencing sellers and closing threads than they do actually HELPING the sellers in need! It is pathetic actually. Go look for yourself - you can see how many deletions there are in tons of forums after tons of likes. Watch them close this discussion too. SMH.

I completely understand this direction as I am not a fan of how Amazon is built. Amazon clearly favors profits over communication.
They run an unfair monopoly that obtained its power and popularity on the back of overseas counterfeits...which sparks the thought process on your post.
However, the moderators here allow me to have this opinion. I am also on the forums all the time...beginning at 1AM EST due to my present location. I rarely see the [Moderator Edit: removed personal solicitations] tag
I only received it one time due to my completely factual claim on where Seller Support employees come from...but never received it again after that.
I only request that the moderators add some color to that tag as I thought that this forum post contained that content removed by moderator removal tag.
This just happened on one of my posts. They deleted 12 replies to my comment about how dealing with Amazon Seller Support is like dealing with a clown car with an open door. I never saw those replies - they were just deleted
I've been seeing it more often as well, and just got hit last week. I guess I'll just skip the forums if this is how they treat their "parter sellers" here as well. Pathetic thing is that oftentimes sellers offer more help than seller support. If seller support actually did their jobs, the forums wouldnt even be needed.
Yes, this is happening more since Bezos left.
Mae an account of Thread and Bluesky and tag AmazonSellers. You cannot be mute there and people will help you. Reddit also has Amazon seller forums.
I have also tried multiple times to get help and info from seller support and the forum mods and it has become almost impossible.
The forums used to be very useful, but replies that can be helpful are hidden unless you know how to make them more visible. @Seller_Sa
@Seller_oDXVaydIpi3Hi
Agreed. Seller support is deisgned with emplyee metrics to open anclose cases as quickly as possible.
The majority of replies are some copied and pasted send my your ASIN which is not even applicable to the case.
VERY BAD.
We are Amazon Cusotmers, we buy many services just as regular customers do but trying to get help is impossible these days.
Lets see if this post remians...

They are trying to stifle anti-Amazon comments. The mods and Amazon management can see that seller anger is boiling over. There has always been a certain amount of frustration on these boards.. But sellers are breaking out the pitchforks because of the way we are bullied, lied to and treated by this monopoly.
I completely agree, however when trying to help the OP with a solution, " Get a Lawyer" OMG! is the sum of all you have to offer? sorry, but I would delete you too.
If you have any plausible significant kinds of solutions then those would, anyways for me, be greatly appreciated.
