Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page. I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.
If this is not resolved after that investigation, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment so I can take a further look!

For post-delivery issues, email the following Amazon ROCs:
Include in your email that toc-ib-na-other-issues should not be copied. This team of SPS will unintentionally confuse you as they do not know how to help you. They will only cause more delays in resolving your problem.
Based on our experience, this is more likely a carrier issue. It could be either the FC refused the shipment due to non-compliance, or the carrier's driver left because the FC was experiencing unloading delays.
It took me years to figure this out until I read the CARP, Carrier's User Manual, and Vendor Central Manual.
