I have probably 100+ listings with no featured offer, where the following apply:

-Zero competing offers

-Excellent Account Health - 0.07% ODR, Account Health Rating - 264

-I have had a professional seller account for 10 years

-free shipping + multiple expedited options

-low price

-Most of them have been listed for 1 year or more

I've followed the Amazon Seller University videos, nothing seems to effect it. What do I need to do to get these in the featured offer box?

I have a registered brand on Amazon. A seller has listed my product in their store with discounted offer under SAME ASIN. I have tried to report a violation but amazon is of no help. It says the product is under your own brand and can not be reported. I need immediate help of how to report this seller.
