Listing Removed due to Radio Frequency restriction

Hi Amazon,

We have a product that was incorrectly removed due to Amazon believing it emits Radio Frequency. It does not.

Amazon bots keep replying with a request to supply an FCC ID, but this device does not have one because it is not capable of emitting Radio Frequency.

CASE ID: 15498005461

Please have a live person take a look at this.

Good Afternoon @Seller_3X7a4lCGOk2h2,

I took a look at CASE ID: 15498005461 and saw that you provided the team with your Certificate of Compliance from the Manufacturer. The team appears to need more convincing than just the single document that your ASIN is not emitting radio frequencies.

Please continue to appeal but I'd recommend providing additional evidence that shows the specific nature of the product. This could include manuals, schematics, photos, or a video recording showing your product does not emit radio frequencies.

If they continue to deny reinstatement after you have attempted to provide more evidence. I will see what options I can offer for further escalation. Feel free to let us know if you have any additional questions regarding the information above. Have a fabulous rest of the week.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good Evening @Seller_3X7a4lCGOk2h2,

Apologies for the delay as I was out of the office. I wanted to start a new reply thread as the other one was getting pretty long.

  1. For the first 2 ASINs removed, those have been escalated based on our conversation through CASE ID 15736842701.
  2. ASIN associated to CASE ID 15758925651 sounds like the detail page needs updating per the teams request. They have outlined specific information that should be removed which you can remove and then reappeal.
  3. ASIN B01LTG7JVQ - Since you just appealed this one today, I cannot escalate it until the team reviews it first but I see that you have already submitted the manual for it.

I will keep you posted with any updates I find out. Hope you had a good weekend.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon

Good luck. Pet Rocks according to Amazon AI Bots are capable of FCC_ID and are transmiting and receiving RF signals.

To be serious here, everything on this planet has RF (with all the satellites up in the sky) we are being hit with Radio Microwaves Daily. Video Killed the Radio Star, Amazon is Killing their own Cataloge.

This situation has been going on for almost 2 years now. - You will spend time waiting for something to happen, and all that will happen is they'll look into it, whomever they are (surely not electrical engineers) - then as time goes by, your item will be removed. (you should save yourself the hassle, and copy and paste the listing) so its ready for listing somewhere else, because it will get removed, there is No Team. == Its just like the SEEDS Catagory situation, that happened over the 4th of July. (its not all of a sudden) its just a generator AI Bot, that cycles thru Amazon listings, looking for keywords, without having intelligence.

Now ASIN B01LTG7JVQ looks to have been flagged AGAIN ?

WHY ?

View post

Because the same stupid bot made its rounds again.

Until the next bot round. 🙄
