Amazon is stating they only received 3 out of 30 items that I sent on March 11th, 2024 but there was items transfer to 4 other locations not including the initial shipment destination. On April 13th they closed my shipment with discrepancies on 27 items but for some reason they are charging me storage fees for items that were lost in that shipment.
Has anyone else has had this problem? How would I go about fixing it?

I see you are acking your question in the new seller section. Did you test sell your product using FBM for at lease a month or so before sending to FBA? That is always best because you will know the salability of your product. This allows you to determine if there is enough profit in the product to see if you can afford the fees Amazon will assess, and still have your desired profit remaining.
No one knows and no one will say why the product is missing or make an attempt to find where the product may be located. Often, Amazon uses the. "it fell off the back of the truck" philosophy. which translates to, there were only 3 in the box, not 30. Problem solved.
Open a case with FBA, but don't get your hopes up.
Hey there @Seller_jzVzOycOG8W02- and welcome on in to the forums community! Thanks for the post!
I wanted to make sure you had this help page handy as it details the process for initiating an investigation into a shipment to see what reconciliation is possible. Navigating through that process and communicating with support will be your next best step here, but let me know if I can help answer any questions here on the forums, thanks!
